Refund and Returns

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold by Miss Midge within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just contact us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to arrange.

Receiving a Refund
You will receive your order refund after we receive and process your return.

This time period includes:
• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Product Returns
Miss MIdge offers a 14 day return policy on all items. Returns may be rejected without a valid invoice number.

Return Shipping Charges
Shipping Costs on the Returned Item will only be covered if:
• The product received is faulty
• The wrong product was sent

Responsibility lies on the customer to pay shipping on returned items; Miss Midge will NOT pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s). Miss Midge will NOT pay for shipping for non-faulty or non-defective items.

If the customer requests that the new product be shipped prior to Miss Midge receiving the product to be exchanged, Miss Midge will invoice and charge the customer for the new product. Upon receipt of the original product, Miss Midge will refund the customer.

RA (return authorisation) Number – A Must Have
An RA number is required for all returns. RA numbers allow our returns department to quickly identify your return, so a replacement product can be sent out asap. RA numbers are to be clearly marked on the outside of your postal packaging before returning to Miss MIdge.

Where customer service has been notified of your intention to return your product, we will issue you with a RA number. Products cannot be returned without an RA number.

When a refund is arranged
• Refunds include all shipping and associated costs for the product.
• No refund will be given to you until miss MIdge has received the product from you.
• Refunds will be issued by cheque, bank transfer or credit card credit – depending on the way original payment to Miss Midge was made.
